One of the founders and directors of Gazelle Global is an IT consultant who has delivered numerous implementations locally and abroad. He understands the pressures of a project and the challenges of adjusting to new technical and cultural environments. Therefore, he insists we maintain regular contact with our placements to ensure they feel happy and supported and so that we can tackle issues before they become problems. Where possible, we facilitate work permits and payroll solutions. We can also help finding accommodation, and, schooling for our candidates’ children.
We invest in our team to improve their knowledge of the technology in which our candidates and clients specialise. For example, our Pega Specialist attends PegaWorld. Another of our recruiters is SAP FI-CO certified.
