Gazelle Global grew out of a Siebel CRM consultancy called Paribus Global. Few recruitment businesses have actual IT implementation experience. This unique perspective has helped us to become preferred suppliers to some of the most famous end-users and consultancies in the world.
Most of our placements are in the Benelux and DACH regions, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and the UK. We also have clients in the APAC region, China, the UAE, the Middle East, the USA, Canada, Russia, North Africa, South Africa and Israel.
Depending on the circumstances our clients find themselves in, we offer contract, permanent and onsite recruitment. We also perform vendor management and retained search and selection.
We are head quartered in the leafy suburb of Chiswick in West London, only 15 minutes from Heathrow for easier, quicker access to our international clients and candidates. We have also opened our Benelux HQ in Culembourg, the Netherlands. Currently, we are building a business case to open a DACH HQ in Switzerland.
Our team is as international as clients and candidates. We are from 9 different countries. Between us, we can speak English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, Romanian, Ghanaian, Bengali, Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi.
We invest in our team to help them deepen their knowledge of technology. For example, our Pega Specialist attends Pegaworld. Another of our recruiters is SAP FI-CO certified.
We complement our candidate database and healthy advertising budget by networking with local, small consultancies and software houses in order to leverage their bench of consultants.
Our priority is to source a local candidate. In our experience, it saves the client money and enhances cultural and linguistic fit. If the desired skills and experience are not locally available, we leverage our international candidate base and facilitate the work permit or payroll process where possible.
One of our three directors was himself an IT consultant and has dealt with numerous IT recruitment businesses as a candidate. He ensures that we are in regular contact with our placed candidates so that they receive any support they require and are able to be happy and focused at work.
To minimise our clients’ risk of wasting time and money by hiring the wrong candidate, we prioritise candidates with whom we’ve already had positive first hand experience. Where this isn’t possible, we take two client references as part of our on-boarding and vetting process. Where possible, we also arrange a free day’s trial onsite.
